[SIPForum-discussion] Sdp attribute for Call hold

Scenario 1 : Call on hold - Both side cannot send or receive; this is
"a=inactive'
Scenario 2: User presses 'mute' button - Here the user can receive not
send; this is "A=recvonly"
Scenario 3: Music on hold -  this is "a=sendonly"
