[SIPForum-discussion] RFC2833 dtmf with inband dtmf

Level 3 sending both tones and 2833 has caused problems for my customers in
the past, primarily with voice mail retrieval.  I was able to get L3 to
suppress the tones for me by modifying their PSP on the NBS (I think).
