Well this is not necessary to maintain a remote MG, you can by pass media or
can have Media routing properties in server it self.

Creating RTP streams from a agent ? i assume you are asking about defining
RTP sessions,

This is done by SDP , which provides connection address etc for RTP stream,
Please Read its RFC for more details.

How does the Softphone works on windows machine?Is there some
entity(Hardware) plays a part in creating RTP streams?

Yes ofcourse its the HW which converts signals back to Voice. (Speakers) but
logic is defined by SW.
