    Is it really necessary to maintain remote MG(Media Gateway) to
create RTP streams?If not what are possible way of creating RTP steams
from SIP call control 
agent and How does the Softphone works on windows machine?Is there some
entity(Hardware) plays a part in creating RTP streams?
