Hi,

I am not able to understand the above table.

Accept can be sent in a Request where it is optional in BYE, INVITE,
REGISTER. But if Accept is included in OPTIONS, it should be possible to
ignore this field in the server.

In the line 2, where Accept header is included in 2xx Response, what is
the meaning of the values below methods.
