Hello Arvind,

What sort of network are you trying to connect to? If it is C7 (SS7) then the Signalling is transported via Sigtran (M3UA), same goes for PRI (IUA).

If you are talking to a POTS supporting device (ATA/LAG) Then look at the Analog Line Supervision Package and Enhanced Alerting Packages for Megaco/H.248

H.248 is a device control protocol; it is more concerned with the establishment of bearer connections (RTP) and contexts than the passing of digits.
