IAM message is mapped to H.248 Add command by MGC. Calling number or Called party numbers are not transmissed in H.248. These parameters are mapped only from ISUP <-> H.323/SIP protocols. H.248 doesn't require calling party number. H.248 carries only DS1 physical slot reserved for the call and Terminations having streams. These terminations carry Local or Remote SDP parameters and with LocalControl all the parameters needed between MG and MGC are exchanged.
