[SIPForum-discussion] Difference between SIP Dialogue and SIPSession

Hi RAj

SIP dialog is formed using the call-ID ,to-tag and from-tag.

where as a SIP session is nothing but the media exchange between two

Participants.


u can say that dialog ,transaction will be formed during a call session.


so in a basic call you  have 1 session, 3 transaction,1 dialog.
