[SIPForum-discussion] Port Number in Contact Header

Hi Jerry,

Though this is not specified in any RFC (As per as I know), the implementation usually put port in contact header such as one below:

Contact: "Nabam" <sip:38020 at 149.27.113.106:5061;transport=tls> 
Since contact can have different URI such as tel URL and mailto URL, putting port number in it might not be recommended.
