Port in Contact header ONLY optional if it is standard ( 5060 for SIP )
In all others cases it is mandatory.

Should the port number be included in the SIP Contact header (e.g.
"Contact:
<sip:1028 at 192.168.72.59:5060>")?  I noticed the examples in RFC 3261 for
Contact header do not include a port number.
