If G711 was one of the codecs in the offer (not ncessarily the primary
one), then your phone should be prepared to stream media using that
codec when it gets the ACK. If it was not, then the other end shold
reply ACK with no codecs - to which the phone should send BYE.

Note that G711 support is mandatory.
