I think so~~. Route-Record is only used in the first-round communication and make the caller and callee know the subsequent message path in the same dialog. Then what displayed in Route-Record will be copied to Route in subsequent messages.

No; not in general to any header field, but to Record-Route. Because the
content of the Record-Route header field is copied onto the Route header
field and the Route header field is only relevant for the server addressed
by the Route header field.

That's also not true. There are certain rules haow to handle unrecognized
headers and parameters. Be aware of Require and Proxy-Require header fields.
