[SIPForum-discussion] BYE during setup phase

      If UAC tries to terminate the call before 200 OK then it is considered as CANCEL request only not BYE.
      Any request to terminate the call after 200 OK is considered as BYE.
   
      So you will not be having any BYE req before 200 OK.
