[SIPForum-discussion] BYE during setup phase

According to RFC3261, UAC should send Cancel if 200 OK is not received for a
request. This is not a valid case of sending Bye without receiving answer.

HI All, 

If  UAC send BYE during calll setup phase then what would be the response
for BYE method. 
Scenario is:- 

UAC                                        UAS, 

INVITE- - -- - - --- -- - - - -- - - -- - - -- -> 
<- - - -- - - - -- - - ---- - - -- - -- --- - -- - - 100 Trying 
<- - - -- - - - -- - - ---- - - -- - -- --- - -- - - 180 Ringing 
BYE  - -- - - --- -- - - - -- - - -- - - -- -> 
                                ??????
