The branch parameter on the topmost Via header field is the  
transaction identifier.
In your trace, the 200 you are concerned about has a topmost VIa  
containing a
branch parameter of "ixvoicegenerate3partybranch", which does not  
match the
INVITE's branch parameter of "z9hG4bK3590330518-32922114".

The UA receiving the 200 finds no matching transaction and is  
dropping the response.
