Hi,

CANCEL is a request, not response.
If the call is not confirmed, callee plays a role of UAS.
It MUST NOT send CANCEL request to terminate the session.
And 4xx response may be a good choice.

  After getting 180 ringing .........................................it is  possible  to send CANCEL FROM THE CALLEE side.................please asap

  if not how to reject the call from callee side.......please asap
