Really I don´t know why is triggering a 183. Maybe cause is a mobile phone.

The audio problem is that "no audio after" the B user answer the phone, ringback tone is ok.
I am pretty sure is an issue of the GW of peer is calling me, cause in my pcap trace I am seeing and sending my RTP to the carrier. But like It don´t have audio, I want discard that It have a issue cause I am sending my 200OK without SDP.
Good to know that is a correct flow.

In my opinion there is nothing wrong with the flow, although from experience some gateways don’t like that 180 after the 183. It should be ignored, and rtp packets received should be played.

You don’t actually mention what the audio problem is. No ringtone, no audio after answer, one way audio?

You question not having sdp in the 200ok for the invite, again this is fine. As the provisional messages are reliably acknowledged, you can only send the sdp once.

Do you know what is triggering the 183?
