Hello,

I have issue with one of my customer rejecting G.729 codec with release 488.
It reported to me that the cause is due to the fact we send fmtp media
format=unknown.


 Media Description, name and address (m): audio 47298 RTP/AVP 18 101
            Media Attribute (a): fmtp:18 annexb=no
                Media Attribute Fieldname: fmtp
                Media Format: 18 [Unknown]
                Media format specific parameters: annexb=no
            Media Attribute (a): rtpmap:101 telephone-event/8000
                Media Attribute Fieldname: rtpmap
                Media Format: 101
                MIME Type: telephone-event
                Sample Rate: 8000
            Media Attribute (a): fmtp:101 0-15
                Media Attribute Fieldname: fmtp
                Media Format: 101 [telephone-event]
                Media format specific parameters: 0-15
            Media Attribute (a): ptime:20
                Media Attribute Fieldname: ptime
                Media Attribute Value: 20

However we send all of our calls in this format and we never experienced this
kind of issue.
I was thinking it should be ignored by far end sbc and create the call.
