[SIPForum-discussion] Offer/Answer model

Good day.

I need help in understanding the Offer answer model,  during re - 
invites what is allowed and not allowed also regarding to 
codecs(g729/g711) .

What is the best practice?

Sorry if this is a bit vague,  but i'm struggling to understand this 
properly,  don't judge :)
