[SIPForum-discussion] Supported=100 Rel header mandatory for MGCF?

Hi All,

Does 3GPP24.229 compliant 'MGCF' always need to include a
'Supported=100Rel' header even if this header is not present in SIP INVITE
received from UE? Or this is mainly needed, when the UE is in CS network
and either UE includes this header in SIP INVITE or MGCF needs to convert
ISUP to SIP?

I am facing a situation where, MGCF sends a SIP INVITE to MSC/GMSC and GMSC
rejects the same with 421 response citing 'Supported=100Rel' header missing.

Any suggestion will be helpful.
