What do you mean by NULL? Do you mean:

Contact:<cr><lf>

That is not valid according to the syntax:

Contact        =  ("Contact" / "m" ) HCOLON
                   ( STAR / (contact-param *(COMMA contact-param)))
contact-param  =  (name-addr / addr-spec) *(SEMI contact-params)
