[SIPForum-discussion] PCAP EXPLANATION

Good Morning;
                If I have the acronym correct it’s for Packet Capture – Using sniffers, network monitors, network intrusion systems to capture packets of data and use API’s to monitor traffic. You capture network packet traffic and analyze it, or just to read a saved capture and then analyze it.  There are other features but this is the Gist of it.   I use Wireshark for my packet analysis -  Hope this helps and have a great winter everyone!
