[SIPForum-discussion] Forcing Re-Registration

This has a bad point.
Thats true i am working with a client of us who uses IMS and when they
register they always send SUBSCRIBE with event: reg to know when other
person registered on same account and their registration was overrided
(the interface knows that its not registered anymore because it gets a
NOTIFY).

The problem is when there is unstable network connection and we use UDP.
Expires like 3600 seconds is bad in such situation and the client may not
know he loose internet connection - registration will be still on server.

In case of TCP client and server may check the connection status and
expires like 3600 are not so bad. When client looses TCP there are two
situations :
- one would be closing TCP connection - registration immediately dissapear
 from server
- client looses internet connection (TCP connection as well) - server
would remove registration after some timeout, when internet connectivity
is back client should know that he need to re-register.
