9. Cancelling a Request
you can see UAC behavior and UAS behavior.

It clearly explains what can be done.
for successful ending proxy can generate response (200 OK and 487 request
Terminated)and send it to A
but as for B it can be unsuccessful as B is not sending response.
even A can handle it unsuccessfully as it only sent the cancel request and
after time out can then delete the session.
