[SIPForum-discussion] Proxy forwards a request but does not receive a response , so how proxy will handle.

That's the thing it will not be successful unless B sends 200 OK.
so what P can do is it can at least make a successful transaction for P-A
and do a timeout for P-B and end it unsuccessful.
