OPTIONS are keepalive messages. This can make sure the connection is stil
up in live by sending OPTIONS  in some intervals of time.
It can query supported methods, codec, extensions,  content type.As i said
earlier, we can use this query codec, but most of them will not do
that(Because codec could be early offer or delayed offer)
