[SIPForum-discussion] Call SIP witout message Ringing

Hi all,

I have a call completed without the message "Ringing"

INVITE---->
<-------TRYING
<-------OK SDP
ACK------>
<--------RTP
RTP----->
BYE---->
<-------OK

The question is:
when I receive the message RTP in this moment the call start counting to be invoiced? If yes, why?
