Hi Ankur,

Call is on hold if the UA sends a=inactive. Both side there is no media
flow.
if a= sendonly UAC puts on sending mode and UAS will be on Listening mode.

as Srinivas told MOH is the example for a= sendonly attribute."Music on
hold" is when one party to a call has the call "on hold", the other party
receives a media stream. Its when Telephone operator puts on hold you can
listen to music.
