Hello,

kindly place media server in between the two IP phone, if you could get the
sip trace see for the media IP address when the call is initiated and
established. Also get the rtp trace in between the two devices like on the
media server.
In your case since there is natting happening so nat traversal techniques
also check for media ports as well.
