[SIPForum-discussion] Call Hold , How to validate during call Hold our session is alive?

Hi Sonu,

You can send an In-dialog request called session refresh request to the leg
where rtp is not there after dialog establishment.If 200 OK came from UAC
then the session is alive and if not then after 408 timeout hangup the
other leg where rtp is flowing.
