There quite a few tools available out there. If you are looking for freeware then sipp can do the job if your media requirements are simple. SIPP can play a pcap file and can send SIP-I messages.On the paid front there are tools such as spectra,quadtex among others.

I want to send a INVITE with message body that contains content-type: application/isup and application/sdp . Is there any tool that will support both and run media(RTP) along with , please provide the tools name.
