Yes it is.
It's very good for entry level RFC 3261 newbies.
It is more trunkside than anything else but it is a great value and it is the only accredited certification.

FYI....  SIP is great---changing the world! BUT  SIP RFC 3261 is a joke---all vendors twist and turn the RFC to their specific need to stay closed on their offers.  It is still about CPE to them when they should just embrace the "cloud" environment of Telephony and Layer 7 that SIP brings.
