Assuming that your gateways (SBCs) are setup to handle NAT traversal and SIP is taking the same path (i.e., receiving same NAT treatment as RTP), the RTP session should be accepted by the media gateways.

MGW2 media IP: 2.2.2.2

RTP bi-dir stream is in progress between MGWs and R2 alters (NAT) MGW2 IP address so that MGW1 receives RTP packets with 3.3.3.3, say

Is MGW1 going to drop the RTP session/call?
