[SIPForum-discussion] Calls with CLIR-- PSTNA->SIPA-> <-SIPB<-PSTNB scenarios

Hi Fellows.
I have a question:
What is the correct way to manage CLIR in a PSTNA->SIPA-> <-SIPB<-PSTNB scenarios?
I am having from the Invite is coming from the SIPA:


From: 1111111<sip:anonymous at 10.10.1.250:5060>;tag=19276987100
Remote-Party-ID: "John Doe" <sip: 1111111 at domain.com>;party=calling;id-type=subscriber;privacy=full;screen=yes<mailto:1111111 at domain.com%3e;party=calling;id-type=subscriber;privacy=full;screen=yes>

The SIPA have to send to the SIPB in the FROM uri-user:anonymous and then Send Remote-Party-ID with privacy=full?
Or send in the FROM uir-user=1111111 the Phone Number  is coming from the PSTNA site? And then send Remote-Party-ID with privacy=full?

Other question: should the SIPA use RFC 3325 instead use Remote-Party-ID ietf draft?
