[SIPForum-discussion] SIP call forwarding and charges management

Hi,
I have a question regarding call forwarding and management of charges
associated with it.

The scenario is,
3 SIP phones A,B and C
B has call forwarding set such that any call coming of B must be forwarded
to C.

So now,
A calls B
B forwards the call to C

In this scenarios, there are two requirements to fulfil:
1) A must not know that its call is forwarded to C
2) B must also be charged for this call

How can these two requirements achieved?
What are all SIP messages and transaction will involve to achieve these
requirements?

Please suggest.
