you can also use PJSIP http://www.pjsip.org/pjsip/docs/html/ the SIP stack
api you can build along with your web hosting. The sip stack will be hosted
in web server, so that the client machine uses the web page no need of
sotphone, simply headphone and mic is enough. Moreover Jain SIP api is also
fine in my review.

You can try this also http://flashphoner.com/ it has both client and server
API and it is flash based, so that your website will be faster.
