Hello,

If the INVITES are from same caller within same SIP session they might be
INVITES re-transmissions if callee does not response to caller in time and
timers expire. You can check this by taking look at call-id`s from those
INVITES and if call-id is same then those are retransmissions.

 Please give some more info of your case.
