[SIPForum-discussion] RFC 5806 - multiple values in Diversion-header

Hi!

In RFC 5806 the ABNF definition of the Diversion-header is:

Diversion = "Diversion" ":" 1# (name-addr *( ";" diversion_params ))

What does "1#" mean? Is the intention to say that there must always be
exactly 1 name-addr in a Diversion-header?
In the ABNF (RFC 4234) they state that exactly N occurrences of an
element is written as 1*<element>. I cannot find any info on what "1#" means.

What I really need to know is if the following Diversion-header is legal or not:

Diversion: "rickard"<sip:+461805780 at c-48.mytrunk.se;user=phone>;reason=unconditional;counter=1,"+467016062"<sip:+467016062 at se-pg.ipt.tele.se>;reason=unconditional;counter=1

Or is the only legal way to have split it into two separate Diversion-headers?

Regards,
Rickard
