[SIPForum-discussion] Problem with Refer

Hi all,
Can you anybody explain for me why I've got "SIP/2.0 503 Service Unavailable" in the NOTIFY request to response for a REFER request ?

In attach file you can find  Sip signalling for REFER message !

Would appreciate a quick response from the experts.
