Hi all,

That is part of the hardware design in terms of chip registers logic and
software coding in SIP Phones.

Ideally it should extract the CLIP from Message Header. For SIP CLIP
Extraction, we have different development strategies.

For Business Case: We can have a BPM Model drawn using Tools such as Pega,
Lombardi, Savvion, Global 360, Fuego, ALBPM,
Megastorm, Appian, jBPM, Cordys, Rules Engines - ILOG, Blaze Advisor, Drools
Haleys Professionals. Generally Switch engineers are not directly linked for
writing Business Cases. For many Telecom companies in India, Business Cases
are written by Cognizant.
