[SIPForum-discussion] SIP REFER and new INVITE

Hi All,

 

Can some one please help in the following scenario?

 

User agent 'A' calls UA 'B' and now 'B' want to refer to another UA 'C'.

Now 'B" sends REFER method to 'A' and receives a NOTIFY message.

And now a new INVITE message will be sent to 'C' and call will be
established.

 

My question is, if the first call is an UDP call and now who will decide
which transport protocol it should use in the second call towards 'C'.
