Dear Dilip ,

Their is utility called SIPHIT provided by MVTS people you can contact to them to get that , That utility is used to do signalling conversion .

or else you can use freeswitch or asterisk to do the same they are freeware .

Hi Dilip,

Our Customers are VOIP Wholesales providers that are sending calls to our SSW (MVTS II) , then we route them to our vendors that most of them have VOIP GW s (Quintum Tenors , CISCO call manager ).
Most of our customers send calls in H.323 and as our vendors GWs are H.323 too ,so there is no signaling conversion , but for some of our customers that are sending calls in SIP we have to convert them to H.323 then route to our vendors GW`s.

Hi All,

Does any body know if the protocol conversion between SIP and H.323 can affect on ALOC (ACD)?
Actually we are using MVTS II as softswitch and experiencing very low ACD for one of our customers who sends SIP calls to our H.323 GWs.

Ehsan
