TCP is reliable due to three way handshake,windowing etc..its slow but UDP
is faster then TCP and its not reliable.
Not requier any ack in UDP.
For Real Time application, require faster to send the data between source
and dest.
In human behaviour if delay is under 150ms for real time application like
voice.it can be tollerable.this is one big reason also for using SIP over
UDP.
