[SIPForum-discussion] Cancel transaction

Hi,

The same branch (generally a Via header) allows UAS to match CANCEL with the
request it is actualy suppose to CANCEL.
A field used to distinguish and process CANCEL request as a separate
transaction is the method part of CSeq header.
