Hi Dileep,

These are inserted by proxies,

Record Route is used by proxies to make sure that they would be included in
the future messages / requests  of a dialog / call.

Route header is used to provide the information / instructions to further
route the call.
Also specify weather that would be loose or strict.

Please follow 3261 for more details,
