[SIPForum-discussion] In which scenario Proxy will generate CANCEL ?

Hi
     Proxy will send 408 request timeout when ringing timeout happen, 
and Proxy will send CANCEL to callee phone if the caller phone hangup 
the call before callee accept the call.
