[SIPForum-discussion] SIP response 480 is same as SIP response 408

Hi Amit Salunk ,

To be simple ,

1.480 SIP response is ideally for subscriber or number related issues.
2.408 RTO occurrs in case of no reply from farend provider
or operator happens due to network related issues , sever not
responding etc..
