[SIPForum-discussion] possible?

Hi,
 
I want to talk with SIP phones such as SJPhone or X-Lite  using my mini softphones...
-- I will write a program on VS2005 or 2008.
-- I will install it to my PC.
-- I will call the xlite or sjphone over another PC using my LAN (Only local calling... from a PC to another PC).

Is it possible? if "yes" is it hard? How?
