Hello framedrelay
this 504 message coming from soft switch it means invite message reached to
soft switch and soft switch no able to process the call and send 504 gateway
timeout. if you want call flow of 408 send the traffic to some ip address
where server ip address is not reachable or port is block, means invite
message not able to reach your soft switch then you receive 408 request
timeout.
