Yes. I agree with Srinivas. It will ignore the ACK request .

 

And ACK is the only req. in SIP that doesn't expect any response.

I don't think so you will get 481 message for the re-transmited ACK, because
the side B doesn't match the the ACK with existing dialog/transaction it has
to ignore the ACK. Because side A doesn't expect any response to ACK
message. Only INVITE/OPTIONS/UPDATE/BYE/INFO methods will expects a
response.

ACK never expects the response.

it can not be 408. it should be 481 Call leg does not exist and if its reply
481 Call leg does not exist then its okay. 

 

And in  sip response: number have signification not words. if i config like
that 

200 failed "it means call success not failed."
